I find the whole thing staggering here, we'd be in serious strife if we didn't adhere to an OH report, we have are own support People Manager who advise on what to do with all colleagues to avoid legal implications and they always support the colleague heavily.

It seems bizarre they're even trying to do what they're doing, on a slightly unrelated note we interviewed someone and the interviewer said to the candidate 'you don't have the job sorry but it was a pleasure to meet you, you're better off anyway we don't want to be adding to that grey hair'. The fella sued us for thousands, ageism.

Not all dogs are bad, a lot is to do with the owners, but not all dogs are capable of killing a person regardless, dogs have a brain, dogs can have all manner of mental illness, they can't tell you about them.

Summary, don't own any dog that's physically capable of killing a person.

I've started watching Love and Death with Elizabeth Olsen and Jesse plemons, great so far but only seen a couple episodes.

I was like'yeah I could maybe go for an older woman if she looked like that', about Olsen, she's fucking 35 !!!! and outrageous as it turns out, done up to look older and of the time.

I'd seen one about her on YouTube and it's fascinating but this one goes deep with all the other survivors who she worked with for a good few years until it all came out.

I also haven't timed it but i reckon Dushane and Shelley went from dropping 2 million down on a beauty empire to ending their relationship in about 25 mins of screen time.

Shelley was a dreadful character, you're either a good person or you're not make your mind up.

Top Boy , It's one of my favourite tv shows but I didn't enjoy this final season, no spoilers so won't say a lot but it was too short, too rushed, too forced, Jamie was a big loss , not enough engaging characters, 

5/10.
