Maybe. After the Steelers game AP sounded very much in favour of Cassel. Frazier keeps on saying "Ponder is our QB", but why the hell bring in Freeman then? Especially when Cassel did more than enough to bench Ponder for atleast 3-4 more games (imho)

Vikings sign Josh Freeman to a 1 year deal. Didn't see that one coming, but I guess it's now safe to say "the Ponder-experiment is over"...?

Happy with the Vikings so far, even though they gave up a lot for Patterson. Getting Floyd at 23 was just great, and Rhodes was probably very high on their board too. Good job Spielman.

Ok. I've been bitching about the Vikings after some ugly losses this year, but it's time to dish out some praise! What they've been doing the last 3 games have been outstanding imho. I should probably say "what AP's been doing" (and he has been out-of-this-world-good!), but that seems unfair to the rest of the team. Specially to the defense! Still not sold on Ponder (way from it), but he's improved too. Frasier and Musgrave - take a bow. Never thought you could get more W's than L's! Still some way from the playoffs but nothing would be better than to beat the Packers next week and secure that wildcard-spot :drool: (Will need some help from Ravens and whoever plays the Giants next week maybe...?)

Yeah, but still. Ponder makes far too many mistakes. The first INT today: Totally braindead stuff! He was good at "managing" the game but now it seems he has lost that too. And it can't be just because Harvin is out!? There are guys getting free downfield, but either he hasn't the arm or he doesn't see them. Just painful to watch Petersons career go to waste because of bad QBs. (Favres 1st season the exception)

And Ponder is a fucking shit QB :wallbutt: +200 yard for AP and Vikings still can't win! Think they just said the record for teams with a +200 yard rusher are W:75 L:2! Hate being a Vikings-fan! Just shoot me!

Yep, Vikings going to pick 1st, 2nd or 3rd again come April(?) next year. Ponder looking ok - AP hopefully getting back to his best - Harvin is just great, but apart from that it doesn't look good. Coaching/play-calling so passive and boring. Take a few shots downfield ffs! ...well, if we had any wide recivers downfield that is... J.Simpson will help out from week 4, but still a major weakness. (Any good WRs the next draft?) Defense - secondary can't seem to do anything (exept give up plenty of yards!). I can't remember the last time Vikings had a INT :( And yesterdays penalties :wallbutt: Stupid moterfuckers! The game vs 49ers gonna be brutal. Will the Vikings manage 200 yards on offense?
