I've got a 4 session pass to give it a go, i want to know if the sessions are likely to leave me begging for death or not?
I'm not doing it for self defence, just considering it because it's a supposed to be a rather good work out?
(I do circuit training 4 or 5 times a week so it's not like i'm massively unfit, just regular unfit)
