Mine has got to be junk food. I am in reasonably good shape due to doing lots of cardio and luckily having a fast metabolism but I crave Pizzas, Kebabs, Chinese, Coca-Cola etc and until a few months ago I didn't eat healthily at all but at the moment I have cut down on a lot of junk food as part of a healthier diet but it'll only take a bad patch and I'll be back on the greasy shit.
