You have abysmal in everything you have done so please resign and show us that you are the dignified nice man we are constantly told you are and NESV this is a very dangerous move, leaving a guy in charge who knows he is on his way means he will be demotivated and so will the staff/players as they all wait and see who will eventually take over. I didn't think things could get any worse, making him officially a "lame duck" manager could just do that
