If you listen to some people they will say we can't expect Rafa to finish above the relegation zone, and if you listen to others he should be winning the league (I think he can win it but whatever).
The influence of the Yanks is obviously crucial and the most important thing, however we still have football to play, Benitez still has a team and football still must be played. How far can this team go, based on the past 3 performances how far can this team go, and do you feel Benitez should be judged?
There where some people perhaps not on here, but around the ground and on other websites seemingly sweeping the fact we had our best 11 on the pitch and for the 2 of the past 3 games our set pieces where absolutely atrocious. You shouldn't have to throw money at something as simply knowing how to defend set pieces again.
I am well aware of the constraints Benitez has been under, but at the same time he's has 5 years, he's got a side that beat the best teams in Europe last year and he only lost two key players. Replacing one with an injured player, and another with Glen Johnson.
Clearly, I am a large critic of Benitez, but I also support him and if I didn't believe he could do something I'd be calling him to be sacked right about now. My ambitions still remain the same from summer.
Minimum Expectation : Title challenge and trophy (and no for the fools if we lose either on goal difference then I won't question his leadership)
