It is my turn to make cake for work this week and I have made a trifle. It is going to be fucking awesome. I used tiramisu sponges as they are practically the same as trifle sponges, loads of sherry, sliced del monte peaches, strawberry jelly, birds custard, whipped cream and topped with hundreds and thousands. It's a fucking classic, textbook trifle.
