Where would you prefer to be? I have a job I love, work with good people and the hours are fucking great. One week I work 3 days, the next I only work 2. Yes it's shifts, long days etc but it really suits me. I've been asked to apply for a post to sort out a shit hole of a home. There are lots of problems there and the challenge really appeals to me. However not having anyone there I can trust (things are very political!) and having to go in and start sacking people staright up makes me question it. The job I have now I love, I'm pretty much given free reign to run the home as I see fit so this new post (part from the pricks working there) wouldn't be that much of a change. £10,000 a year more is very tempting but I'd have to commute an hour a day instaed of 8 minutes, work 5 days a week instead of my current pattern and not be as 'free' as I currently am. Ideas?
