What were your throughts on him as a player? (let's try and keep it to his playing, rather than all the bosman shit, it's all been said!) He was the definition of an enigma wasn't he? He couldn't shoot to save his life by and large, and yet he scored some fucking cracking goals. Obviously his end to end goals against Celtic and Villa stand out for me. I also remember when he was a young'un and he nutmegged Giggs, giggs was well pissed and ran after him before hitting him with a nasty tackle, can't be many players who would have tried that on. Him and Fowler were like a two man team at times, but I just wish Robbie could have taught the lad how to be more consistant with his finishing (although he did try as I recall) [YOUTUBE]hQEAUYu8tnw[/YOUTUBE]
