As some of you may have seen, my wife has a facebook page for her business.
The other day she put a photo up of something she'd created, and it went down really well, getting plenty of feedback and likes.
Today Facebook removed it without warning, saying there'd been a complaint about copyright or something. It looks as though someone didn't like the attention it was getting and out of spite put a complaint in saying it was their photo.
The photo was taken in our living room, my wife has the original and can prove it's hers. Not that it makes a difference, because facebook didn't even ask, they just removed it and threatened action if there's a repeat offence.
There's no address to contact them about it, other than some phone number that's like £1.50 a minute of some shit.
So what I need to know, is what's to stop this happening again, and again? Surely there's a way to complain about this and let them know what's going on. Some twat is causing trouble and facebook are helping them to do it.
Does anyone have any experience of this?
