Been trying to do a little investigation into what it all means, how much the congestion charge would be and exactly what the area is going to be getting in investment in the trade off. I still can't make up my mind which way I'm going to vote though. Just wondering if the rest of the Manchester crew had made their minds up about it? Robo? Truered? The rest of you? Saw the map for the inner circle of the congestion charge an I'm so damn close to being inside it (although bearing in mind the charge doesn't come in until 2013 I'd imagine I'll be living elsewhere by then). What do people think about this? Have any of the non-Mancs heard much about this? What do you reckon to the idea in principle? Let's chew the cud people.

How can he have the audacity to ask for an appology from the ref yesterday? It was not the refs fault the linesman didn't give offside. He has to follow his officials.
