Stop fucking slating him. It's a learning curve for the manager - he isn't going to make drastic improvements straight away. Yes, so far we haven't seen the best from this team. But lets be honest with ourselves, we are a team that finished 7th last season(which still hurts me to say) and we have had a very hard start. We were extremely close to beating Arsenal on the first day which could have helped us a lot. As for last night. The only thing I would have done differently from Roy was to put Torres and Gerrard on the bench. You can't blame him for the shabby performance that the likes of Babel put in. It was up to those players who he fielded to perform and they most certainly didn't. So lets get behind Roy - which I know most of you have been doing and will continue to do - because ranting and raving about every little thing he MIGHT possibly be doing wrong isn't going to help anyone. I'm not a Roy apologist, but I am always one to get behind a bloke who is doing his best for the club. If your gonna moan about him, wait 2 months at least!
