He picked his team and quite possibly felt that there could have been some conflict if he had Terry and Ferdinand in close proximity for the next few weeks.He had a choice to make and obviously thought that Terry was the better option in terms of potential contribution. So "Kick it Out" now accuses him of being racist!So,what would they have said if he had chosen Ferdinand instead of Terry?It's the same situation and would "Kick it Out" and the rest of them been up in arms then? It's now wall to wall on Talksh**e and just about everywhere else you look. I thought we were being victimised over the Suarez affair and I still think that there was a degree of that.But do me a favour! You've now got to favour Black players over White players and forget who you think will do a better job? It's beyond belief really!

And so it came to pass!Dalglish was on a hiding to nothing and I could see it all along. I am a genuine Liverpool supporter.I've probably been to over 1000 games at Anfield and many many over the Country and the World. What I can't understand is that I make some genuine and honest comments about what's going on and then get slagged off for making them! It seems that a lot of people who respond don't bother to read or try to comprehend the intention or gist of the comment.They just jump in with both feet and slag you off! It's pretty sad really when reporters look at these pages for inspiration and are delighted to see the quality of the debate!

I wasn't really sure about Dalglish going.I was unsure if my feelings were just based on sentiment.I could see many good things going on;but also some bad things. But then again I keep coming back to the Suarez business and keep thinking that it was one single incident that destroyed the season.Dalglish was doing well up to that point and whatever my conspiracy theories are,the season fell apart from that point onwards. But where do you go from here?Appoint a Manager and let him know that if he doesn't get 4th place he'll be sacked.Would anybody worthwhile take a deal like that unless he gets massive financial compensation one way or another? I listened to Ian Ayre on Radio Merseyside the other night.Smugly and snidily putting the boot in on Dalglish.He sounded like Purslow all over again. These new owners are beginning to sound like Hicks and Gillette all over again! I'm just a simple Liverpool Supporter.I see good things about Liverpool when not many other people seem to. But I'm getting a bit worried now.The Manager of Wigan?The Manager of Swansea? In my experience the demise of "once great" clubs always seems to start with the incompetence of Owners and Directors. And now we seem to be scraping the barrell to find a Manager.You don't have to look very far to find Clubs who have disappeared into obscurity with this kind of leadership! But just on another point,isn't strange that the media now slags off Liverpool for getting rid of Dalglish and not giving him another season? The same writers and reporters who have been calling for his head for the past 6 months!
