  1. Llorente would be a great signing.Too good to be true surely The thought of Carlton cole playing for liverpool is quite depressing. I can't remmber Gomes being any good either. In fact i distinctly remmber commenting on his shitness
  2. i do indeed see a trend , it's been going on since the summer that babel and Torres were bought!! and after i corrected the numbers from my half pissed calculation last night it is an even more obvious trend I would like us to spend the money received as well. Can't see it happening though
  3. very true apologies about that . it brings it to 10.5 M spent and 15.9 M recieved
  4. I'm not running with the investing in the squad line, just said i'd look up the site to see what has gone sales and purchase wise this summer. Voronin, mihaylov and dossena went in january

  6. I think we paid 5m up front, i think we avoided the further payments based on his lack of appearances last season, so maybe loaning him out prevents further payment to Roma? if so then this is a clever piece of business
  7. Never heard of him until the other day, he seems like a better version of Peter crouch for slightly less money, and presumably less wages. I can see how he would fit. Good in the air and two footed, is the idea that he would be purely as backup to torres ?
