  1. Going a bit off topic but i fucking hate that point being raised "the dutch/journalists were to stand to make loads of money" so fucking what even if it is true, what they are doing would be highlighting the injustice and raising the profile of the Hillsborough disaster TO AN AUDIENCE WHO MAY NOT BE AWARE OF IT. wHY IS THE SAME CRITICISM NEVER DIRECTED TOWARDS JIMMY mCGOVERN OVER HIS HILLSBOROUGH PROGRAMME COMISSIONED BY GRANADA, OR ROGER COOK, FOR THE COOK REPORT INTO THE HILLSBOROUGH DISASTER AND THE EVIDENCE OF KEVIN WILLIAMS. BECAUSE ITS A LOAD OF SHITE THATS WHY. DON'T WANT TO GET INTO A DISCUSSION ABOUT "500=NO" BECAUSE I'VE SAID ALL I HAVE TO, TO THE MANS FACE.
  2. is it something you wouldlike changed/added?
  3. Has that ever been an issue for you And? The stuff on the website?
  4. oh so your looking for back slapping? i'd guess what your loking for would be on the Liverpool Football Club Supporters Network site. you said what is posted on the SOS site is wrong/shite "In January 2008 over 350 Liverpool supporters crammed into The Sandon pub, Anfield, and discussed not only the custodianship of our current owners but the wider issues that affect us as supporters. Issues that have been discussed by fans for decades, issues where almost unanimous desire for change is consistently met by indifference from the club - all these were aired and on a historic and emotional night, 'Spirit Of Shankly', the Liverpool Supporters' Union was born" thats all true.
  5. sorry for the spelling and grammar in that last post haha
  6. sound, but this is the main reason there has been litttle interaction from union members over the yearyou just repeat the same stuff and go around in circles in point scoring arguments, when everybody has better things they could be doing. Plus the one time you don't answer you get called ignorant/facelees. will PM you in a min.
  7. how many times does this need to be an answered:wallbutt:
  8. Explain, because its you thats talking shite now and you're starting to do my head in.
  9. if anybody has children aged 8-12 and would like to send them on a supervised football coaching camp for a few days in the summer holidays, then get in touch.
  10. I have my own views on fan ownership but some of the stuff your raising just doesn't make sense.
  11. so as a member,or even none members, what would you like to see your union do about it, please send your view with your real name to admin@spiritofshankly.com This way we have genuine feedback to act upon
  12. Anyone making the trip? they have a Hooters:yes:
  13. me personally no i'm not Share Liverpool isn't just rogan taylor, and just like the union you don't change it from moaning from the outside, so with share liverpol we are trying to improve things. you casn take "improve things" anyway you like (apart from real red who puts far too much assumption and "i think" into his theories HAHA)
  14. no i'm not saying that so don't be putting words in my mouth every member had the oppertunity to vote in who they wanted to be on the management committee, in fact every member had the chance to stand. By being elected the management committee are entrusted in making decisions and managing the Union. If your not happy with something get in touch admin@spiritofshankly.com
  15. Ant do yourself a favour, read the detailed proposal, then read how shareliverpool plan to run the club, then you'll have answers. ShareLiverpool Proposal - Supported by SOS – Spirit Of Shankly – Liverpool Supporters' Union SL proposed to have elections to have a fans parliment vote in 100 people.
  16. But hes not leading the way, hes not even mentioned or quoted in the press release, this is mainly because SOS made it perfectly clear the idea can not be pushed forward by one person or personality. The Union have asked that Rogan take a "back seat" compared to previous proposals. Hence why the statements are now issued by "SLFC board" as a whole and not an individual. And i agree entirely with the points raised. But if people can look at the whole proposal in detail, it is sound.
  17. because the Union has the Ultimate Aim of fan ownership Constant Aims To represent the best interests of supporters of Liverpool Football Club. To hold whoever owns the football club to account. Short Term Aims To create long lasting relationships with all aspects of Liverpool FCs supporting community. To improve the quality of service for Liverpool FCs supporters. To improve the standard and value of travel arrangements for Liverpool FCs supporters. Medium Term Aims To work with any relevant agencies to improve the area of Anfield. To build links with grassroots supporter groups. Long Term Aim To bring about supporter representation at board room level. Ultimate Aim Supporter ownership of Liverpool Football Club.
