  1. “The margin of error here could put the final number of Conservative seats from 311 to 367. This means that we absolutely cannot rule out the 2019 election producing a hung Parliament - nor can we rule out a larger Conservative majority”.

I don't know whether to laugh, cry or shit myself?

  2. Its the hope that kills you.

Johnson was in my hometown of Burton on Trent today, which suggests that Burton is a lot closer than it should be.

I do think, especially after the Phone snatching debacle, intelligent people will realise that Corbyn is the safer of the two options. The big problem is that its the knuckle draggers that he needs to win over, and I just can't see how Labour can do that?

The amount of utter head the balls on social media who are convinced that it was a photo staged by Momentum is genuinely concerning. Their "evidence" is a random Facebook post from a user not personally known to them who claims to have been told by a nurse at Leeds hospital that the child had a bed but the parents deliberately put him on a floor to take a photo.

There's some genuinely fucking crazy/thick fuckers out there!

Yeah there's been a massive argument about this in my local live facebook group. Incredibly though the people arguing for this eventually saw sense and apologised and deleted their comments!

I see the tories have again refused to participate in the debate tonight...the 'everything but brexit debate'

    How surprising.

It will only make them more popular with Brexiteers.

Even Farage has essentially given up and is now talking about his new new party!

All I see and hear now is working class leave voters all over the country voting for the Torries. I think the so called Red wall is going to go down faster than the ice wall went down on Game of thrones.

The only thing stopping the Lib Dems being relevant in the election is the Lib Dems themselves.  They can't create a narrative that supports what it is they are that fits between Labour and Tory, that's so different to either party that it necessitates the creation of a new party.  And 6m of you seem to fall for it.

Their flagship policy to cancel Brexit is retarded logic.  You can't just ignore the 2016 referendum, because you will create a subset of millions of people that fucking hate you forever.  How the fuck is their flagship policy going to work unless they win a majority?  Neither the Tories or Labour will entertain the idea in a coalition or supply and confidence arrangement.  So, what then?  You've lost your flagship policy, its gone.  And then you're left with what? Oh, roughly the same policies as Labour.

But you've just rammed Labour off the road in some seats, so what are  you left with?  That's right, a fascist government in bed with UKIP and Brexit Party.  You've also just helped elect loads of new Tory MP's, some of which are hardcore fascist bastards, who will look to implement things a lot worse than Brexit.

You've hit the nail on the head here. In the last ten years, the Lib Dems have lied to, and lost the students forever and now plan to lose leave voters forever. They may as well just form a government with the Tories again so that they can have one last hurrah and ensure that they lose Remain voters and 100% of  the Electorate forever.

This is depressing as fuck if you want the Tories out.

I live 25 minutes away from Birmingham. I tried to get a ticket for the Conference that Corbyn is doing on Thursday but they had gone in minutes. I'm probably going to go over anyway to see how many people turn up etc.

What I will say is that those people aren't what I'd expect from people from Birmingham, and if they hate Corbyn why did they vote Labour last time? They seem more like UKIP voters to me!

Birmingham has a big student base, very multicultural almost like a smaller version of London, maybe Labour's strategy is to discard some of the old guard, but on the basis they can win those votes back and more in other areas?

But the Brexit party dropped out ages ago. Why would people still be moving their support now? The country is full of bellends.

Probably since that big poll came out that showed that The Brexit Party were more damaging to Tory than Labour.

Had a look on some far right facebook groups earlier, The conversation went like this.

JEREMY CORBYN IS NOT FIT FOR OFFICE, ONLY BORIS CAN STOP HIM LEADING OUR COUNTRY.

    Comment 1. I'm voting Nigel

Comment 2. NOOOOO! YOU WILL SPLIT THE VOTE

Comment 3. You are in a marginal mate, vote conservative as they can get in.

Comment 1 Reply. Too late I've already posted it.

    Cue an angry response!

Seriously, how the fuck are the Tories going up? What the fuck is wrong with people that anything they've done or said could persuade you from different voting intentions to them. I get they've got their loyalists, I get there's people who can be swayed, I just don't see what the fuck they've done that could have changed anyone's point of view.

It will be Brexit Party voters realising they've got no chance of having any sort of say.

We need Labour to squeeze the Lib Dems in the same sort of way.

  9. I saw my best mate last night, his parents, particularly his mum are the textbook affluent middle class Tory voters.

She said that her and many of her Tory voting friends despise Johnson and are terrified at the idea of him and his cronies running the party long term. They want Johnson to lose this election, allow Corbyn in, wait until next year when the Anti-Semitism report comes out which they think will finish Corbyn and force both Labour and the Tories back to supporting a more moderate leader.

Have to say this is a very good way of persuading the non Brexity type tories of off their party.

You just can't fuck up at all in this league it's absolutely ludicrous. I'm over the moon at our results but I'm beginning to worry about our performances. We look tired and with the batshit crazy fixture list coming up I can't see that improving.

Agreed. The lack of clean sheets is going to be a problem if it carries on. 2 in 14 isn't title winning stuff.
