he spent nearly 35 million euro in the summer including 18 million for a player that he wont play in big games. that shows great managerial skills. i wont be sorry to see him go. thanks for 2005 but this is 2010 and nothing to show since apart from the fa cup in 2006 and runner up in cl 2007. we are struggling to get in the top 6 for fucks sake in an average league campaign by all the big clubs

with 2 holding midfielders the attacking full backs will provide most of the width. no need for out and out wingers the way we are set up. that leaves 6 attacking players on the pitch. kuyt (or whoever plays there next season) and babel wont play as wingers, they just play off the main striker. good in theory. hopefully we reap the rewards from babel next term. i think he will be outstanding. posted in wrong place. sorry. new to site
