Beowolf.
Hilarity

Someone handed in a transfer request today apparently
-
Could do much worse than Piennar
-
I've heard Skrtel is off to City
-
Look, if you don't think Henderson is a good player you can fuck off.
-
Quite hard to define a legend really, consider the fact that the vast majority of this clubs greatest nights over the past 5 or so years have been when Dirk has scored.
-
The Martinez rumours are really coming up from everywhere.
-
He's good but he's no Stewart Downing
-
Lagos, is my favourite to be honest, decent music and not full of nobs.
-
With the Alan Green thing, and this we're risking muddying the waters a bit.
It's an issue, but in the grand scheme of things...
-
You've got to give him an extra year, if we don't improve he'll pay the price for that. It's simple really.
-
I would say that once Rafa tried to sell him and Alonso found out nobody really wanted him that was a turning point, it shocked him and he got his arse into gear, that's when we really saw the player he has become
Barry and Alonso would have been a fantastic midfield partnership with Gerrard and Torres up front
That's a fair point, I wasn't exactly against the decision to sell Xabi originally.

Quality Trolling.
-
I'm so happy with this shirt.
Hopefully will give the players the confidence to score so they can look shit hot.
It's all about the confidence.

Henderson's breakthrough season will be next year
-
Sad news that.

The EDL where travelling somewhere at the same time a certain team from Merseyside where travelling down to London.
When I was on the coach another passed on the right hand side, and waved to me as they went passed, so naturally I waved back, as they overtook a massive flag saying 'Fuck Islam' went passed.
Needless to say i felt like a massive tool.

The stats are there. We win more games when he starts, He scores more goals when he starts, and perhaps for the first time in a long time we actually look a more rounded side when he's in the starting line up.
He's not just 'putting himself out a bit', he's genuinely making a valid contribution to the team which merits a starting place. His link up play is improving, everything is improving. Which isn't surprising considering he's still young.
Next season is a big one for him. With the right additions we'll have a squad worthy of a top four finish.

Not starting Andy in the final was worse than when Rafa didn't start Crouch in Athens.
Really think Andy is boss, he's just amazing. I love you Andy

Yeah, you're right, there are a bunch of other idiots on here too.
"Happy with what Hodgson was saying". Maybe you should read the 'Hodgson for England' thread to see how happy people were with what he was saying.
I couldnt be bothered finding any of your other opinions. I would love to know what you said about Rafa in the month before he went. I bet you wasn't "showing him much respect".
Probably not, but then again two wrongs don't make a right now do they?
If I recall correctly I made that post in pre-season.

I think as long as someone puts an arm around his shoulder and says 'no' next time he identifies some average British player as his most desired signing and instead has the authority to tell him who we are allowed to purchase, and someone comes in to devise the tactics, then okay.
He's then doing more or less exactly the job the greatest supporters of the extension of his tenure have been trying to remove all blame by claiming he has all season.
I think they where Kenny's players but DC dictated the price, I don't think that was the only reason DC got sacked.
But if you consider we where also in for Phil Jones and Young, there was still supposed to me money to burn but we wasted it all.
-
And what? I wasn't the only person to say they where happy with what Hodgson was saying.
Soz for supporting a new manager.
-
I'm not going to talk about Rafa because we've done it before, and if yesterday was a migraine treating it into going to a room where everyone is shouting isn't going to work.
Kenny deserves another year, if he doesn't improve, he'll pay the price.
-
We need a young manager if Kenny goes, but I want him to stay. I think we'll improve.
