A managers job is to buy players and get the best out of them, you can say in the last few years he has done that to a certain extent, but now he needs to pull the team together and get them out of this rut of bad performances and bad results, but he appears powerless to control anything. This all started pre season and its Jan now, and its got worse if anything, if a manager cant control his team or influence their pattern of play then he is not doing a major part of his job.

He is not that type of player, being physical doesnt appears to be apart of his game, whicj is a worry. What i meant, is he was trying to do too much with the ball, he wanted every ball to be the killer pass.

He is trying too hard, its not surprising with the amount of expectations on his shoulders.

As much i did think Rafa get into Fergies head last season, its not the reason why he bought Owen and its stupid to think otherwise IMO. Fergie did it for his own reasons right or wrong, i wouldnt get swayed by it and caught up in the fact its one of very few stories which is Pro Rafa .

United wont be able to ever replace Ronaldo for someone of his quality, but they will be able to improve their team in other areas, we will only have to wait and see how important he was for United.
