Im taking my lad to the match on Sat, its only his second game and im driving down from Carlisle. Where is the best place to park, ideally i don't want to have a massive walk and I don't want to get stuck in loads of traffic getting home after the game.

There is a simple reason for the discrepancy here. People cheating the welfare state are taking other people's money, whereas someone trying to diminish their tax burden is trying to keep more of their own money.

 

In pithier terms, welfare cheats are stealing money, and tax avoiders are trying to stop their money being stolen.

It doesn't say that.  It says they will reintroduce a lower rate for small businesses.  Without fact-checking, I'm assuming that this means that currently small businesses and big corporations are paying the same rate.

They haven't made enough of this part of the corporation tax policy. Im unsure why such a carrot isn't being promoted.

I wasn't offering excuses, but generally speaking its a lot easier to apportion blame than look at the deeper causes and work towards eliminating them....longer than a election cycle thats for sure.

I suspect we'd fundamentally disagree on what drives these people to do these things. I'm pretty sure you don't wake up one day and decide to be antisemitic because you've been given a rough deal by the government or because you think the PLP have let you down.

I find that pretty patronising to be honest. Anti-semitism, Racism etc are all rooted in deeper things than party allegiance and we both know that.
