I agree to what you have said, Dave, BUT, the problem is that todays world is so commercialised, that if we don't move, we will end up like the Newcastle's of this world, who do enjoy an healthy support, but can't compete with the top teams. I would hate it for us if we couldn't compete for at least the top 4 of the premier league, never mind the title, just because we couldn't bring in more matchday revenue.

I just would like to say that I was quite pleased that we didn't have the beer logo on our shirt, and I'm slightly disappointed that it will be back. I only hope that we too can attract a multinational electronics company or an telecommunications companyto be our main shirt sponsor, therefore making it easier for muslim supporters to wear the shirt. There are a lot of muslim supporters of our great team who would love to wear the shirt but can't for religious reasons. Or we could do a Barcelona and not have one!!!
