This game reminded me so much of the 7-2 defeat to Aston Villa. We looked absolutely hopeless, rudderless, lacking purpose and direction, and even hope. We managed to hold it together, but then we hit that slump where we lost 6 home games on the bounce. We were in the shit & I had no idea how Klopp would turn it around. Then we lost only 2 out of our next 38 games, and 5 out of our next 76, up to the end of last season.

The point I am making, is that things may not be as bleak as they look - and let's fucking hope not, because biy do they look bleak at the moment!

After overindulging throughout the two years of lockdown, I'm now not drinking hardly anything in comparison. It's dead nice waking up after a proper sleep and feeling really fresh. I have found that I get bloating from alcohol now, so feeling much better in general for moderating it.

I am however going out for a Wethers brecky on Saturday, followed by the Liverpool f**tball match in the pub, followed by the Wrexham f**tball match in the ground, followed by the City f**tball match in the pub. I may well check in here on Sunday.

I'm holding. It's going to $1000+ or to zero. I'm less confident due to the problems it has experienced, but with what has recently happened in Canada, I can see the case for privacy growing. I'm glad I diversified my portfolio when I did, and although the markets are all to shit, I think we'll see another spike, and by then I hope to be in a position to make some decent profits. I'll buy more whenever I have spare cash now.

Funny how when it was hitting down south the panicked and gave all kinds of warnings, but when it's hitting up north they basically just say 'get on with it!'.
