He will have been praised to high heaven in the match thread, but fuck it, there are other threads about the lad, but I don't fucking care, he is having a new one of his own. He was fucking excellent today, the best reds debut I can remember in a long time. He was quiet for the first 20 minutes, but once Rafa pulled him over to the sidelines during a break in play and gave him some instructions, he ruled. I was watching some of his touches, awareness and skill and he is just what we have been missing. He can beat a man with skill and a pass, he has filled out, looks strong and he is going to be a real asset for us. He gives us a final product and the link up axis with Aurelio on the left was magic from 25 minutes onwards. Hopefully he is going to be a real star, you can see why Rafa wanted him. It was a high octane game to make your debut in, but he fucking rocked the place out, man of the match for me given all the circumstances. Let Riera~mania run wild.
