Ok a weird one but i think that our rules against discrimination is discrimination. For instanse today i was having a conversation about it in a4e and once again im looking an idiot dispite making a good point. We were on the subject of BnQ. Aiming for employees that are over 50's and single women 15%. Is this not discrimination i asked my tutior said no. I said what wrong with younger people? i said he said that most will not have the experience but how are people to know with out proof. He said there is proof. i said its still discrimanation. He insists it isnt. I can talk about this subject all day because i thing the law contradicts itself immensly. Opinions? Other examples would be nice please i want to prove my point as i feel i am being reasonable.
