As I said in the 00's thread, I was distant from music for about 6 years due to illness and depression and have only recently come back into the thing I love. It'll take me another 5 or so years to get back the knowledge I had before the illness but I've made a good start. But still I went into Resident in Brighton the other day and had only heard of a handful of new release artists so the question I'm asking the GF is how do you get to find the new releases? I'm thinking of going on Pitchfork to find the new release albums. Then go onto some website to listen to some samples of the album. - any ideas? Then go and buy what I like. I look at other sites like Lastfm, Flashlight, DiS too. Anyone?
