  1. First of all i have to say how happy i am to to have seen the fine flowing football that liverpool have shown the last month or so,,,first and foremost in the last month or so,,,but in other games of the season also. We have lacked the ability of hitting the back of the net in too many games this season(considering the numbers of chances being created),,,,but still we are one of the most highscoring teams in the prem this season. We ARE improving from earlier seasons,,,,and that is down to the great staff that we have. The players should receive praise also of course but first and foremost the staff. Liverpool supporters all over the world must soon understand that we truly have one of the greatest managers ever in charge. There is absolutely no doubt about that whatsoever. With Lee,Pellegrino,Valero and all the others we have an amazing staff that works truly well together. The work of the staff can never be underestimeated...the great influence they have had on the players is fantastic,,,both tactically and mentally. The most improved area of the team this season in my opinion,,,is the fullbacks...in attack. Arbeloa has been good ever since he came to play for us,,,,but now he plays really well going forward also...he looks really comfortable in that role at the moment,,and looks really cool with the ball as well,The same with Aurelio,,,he has been good going forward earlier also,,,but now even better.Insua is a modern full¨-back as well,,,and looks like he will star in the liverpool shirt for many years to come. Full-backs have never been as important in a football team as in the modern type of football...and now we are getting there as well. Also its nice to see that subs can come in and do a great job for us as well,,,,it hasnt always been like that for us.....but today i think that both babel and benayoun contributed well when coming on. Babel can do better,,,but he helped put more pressure on fulham today,,,and Benayoun with his constant movement was too much for fulham in the end. This proves that we have a stronger squad than ever before... BUT,,,it can get better,,,no doubt about that. I also want to say that if we sell Dossena it will be a major mistake. As a left midfielder he can do a great job for us.I have thought about this for a while now,,,and as everybody have seen already,,he is uncomfortable at left back(which maybe was the position he was intended to play in),,,but with his constant movement and great stamina as well as good skills with the ball,,,he can be a great asset for us in the left of midfield. He has scored a couple for us the recent weeks already,,,and today he was unlucky not to add to that. With some more games in that position for liverpool,,,the goals will come regularly. The only one i am still disappointed with is Lucas.I think he looses possesion way too easily and he is outmuscled in almost every challenge. I am in favour of giving every new player at least 2seaons before judging them,,,,and i really hope Lucas will come around...but i dont see that much improvement in him yet.At present he is simply not good enough for us,,but Rafa believes in him greatly,,,so hopefully he will start to show something better soon. We have a good shot at the title this season,,,it will be tough,,,but we have a great chance of ending our wait. Imagine if Rafa gets his transfers correct in the summer..... then we will have many succesful years to come. You`ll never walk alone!
  2. Im a Liverpool fan at heart and always will be but have lived in London since a young lad so dont get the chance to see Liverpool that much these days, so for a number of years have been a season ticket holder at tottenham. The reason for the thread is I have wittnessed other teams copy a few Lpool songs and want to know what the faithful TLW people think about it. The song in question is Liverpools number 9 Torres. So far I have wittnessed Spurs copying it for Pablachenco and Sunderland use it for our old striker Cisse. Im sure there was another but cant think of them at the moment. I mean cant they think of there own dam songs? Do you know other songs that teams that stolen from Liverpool?
