Right, I know many of you don't give a monkey's about the national side, but this is for those of you who do.
Anyway...
I have a lot of time for Henry Winter, and think he's one of our best football journalists, but just watching Sly's Sunday Supplement (Sky Sports | Media | Video | Latest | Football Latest)
he describes Shrek as "England's most important player".
I'll give the lad his due, he was pretty solid yesterday, but aren't you forgetting about someone, Henry?
(Then again, do SG's sometimes lacklustre performances for England mean that Winter's actually right, and Rooney is the more important player for the national side?)
