(not some crappy 15 million like we have in the past.........fuckin hell gerrard was about to go for 25-30 million a few years ago!) fuck him if he wants to go, the only way is down for him now. we can buy 2-3 really good players with the money for that cunt torres AND nesv will still have only spent 22 million of they're own money!! that means we could have 3-4 really class signings AND have another 75-100 million to spend on players over the next year or two. add to that the few youth players like suso, pacheco, ince, kelly, ecclestone,wisdom, wilson and am i the only one thinking we are getting together quite a squad now? we still have players that we can sell and get good money for......jovanovic (4-6 million). cole (6-10 million). kuyt (8-12 million). poulson (2-4 million). ngog (5-7 million) thats another 20-30 odd million we could raise, not to mention reduce our wage bill. getting adam, saurez, striker (carrol, lakuka), wingers (hazard, young, nzogbia). then sort out the defence in summer, fullbacks, centre back....... my god we could have really cleared out some shit and replaced them with good quality VERY QUICKLY!! everyone seems down that torres will go, im not, fuck him.........HE'S BEEN SHIT FOR 18 MONTHS! we are also limited to few formations that suit him. the fucker cant play in a 4-4-2.......he doesnt like having another stiker with him......plus he is a lazy player at times, and i think replacing him with someone who would work harder (like caroll) is an excellent idea and really could add extra dimensions to the way we play and the players we are trying to sign will allow us to change the way we shape up in games and be abit more fliud and less rigid!! dont be down guys, we are all over the news, back in the headlines for the right reasons.........SELLING FOR HUGE PROFIT, AND TRYING TO BUY THE BEST AROUND........ fuck the names, adam is a good player, so is caroll......they are british and they get it......they wont sulk like that prick torres they will work hard and do they're best in every game.......if it was good enough to get kuyt a game for 4 years, then these guys will add that work rate AND qaulity that we lack.
