6 months ago we were busy signing up a manager with a 30 year mangerial histroy that had a 25% away win record. 6 months ago we were busy battling it out for luke young (who rejected us) 6 months ago on deadline day we were trying to sign carlton fucking cole 6 months ago we spent 8 + million on poulsen and konchesky 4 months ago we were fucked...... a manager whose press confrences were the worst id ever read in my whole life, supporting our great club. we were being reminded that drawing to birmingham was better than expected. 4 months ago we lost to blackpool at home, who not only beat us they looked like fucking barcelona. out played by a place famous for its fruit machines......a low for me personally. we got spanked by everton, lost to north-fucking-hampton, and scrped 2-2 against beach ball head steve bruce. 3 months ago we played wigan away and they ripped us open many times and god knows how we got a draw. we then got terrorised by the mighty stoke and "the throw in" we lost to spurs but played well.........things were not seeming so bad (after all we had out played chelsea, napoli and west ham) 2 months ago we lost to wolves at home, a certain andy carroll destroyed us at st james park and we couldnt steau or utrecht. in fact we scored 2 fucking goals in the whole month!! a new low? where was our star striker? we need cover/support for torres we all said...... but those with eyes saw that torres WAS the problem.......he wasnt doing fuk all...... people moan about the service and "tactics" that didnt suit him........but lets be fucking honest what has all that got to do with not being able to control a ball? being able to pass 5-10 yards?......hitting the target?.......refusing to put opposition defenders under pressure when they had the ball? defending from the front? he fucking let us down and he has been for 18 months.......and we all know it!....people are only upset becuase they loved him and thought he was a red for life.......bullshit, his last 18 months said it all. fast forward to now.....we get rid of the sulky lazy prick and bring in english football hotest prospect. a man who has out scored torres, drogba, rooney and bent this season. if he doesnt work out we will still get 20 odd million for him. we sign the best player of the world cup and a man who playes with heart and desire. 80 goals in 110 games? (i think!).......wow. worth a gamble surely. we try and sign micah richards for 20 million we try and sign the best passing midfielder in the league, in charlie adam. we put in a 15 million big for ashley young. we have kenny dalglish back at the club. and appoint one of the best number 2's around in steve clarke......a man who can bring kenny up to sped with tactics and the ~"now" of modern day football. we spend nearly 60 million in 3 days and tried to spend ALOT more. we are 7th after looking like we might be in a relegation battle.......only 4 weeks ago! we have 2 new strikers, carra back, kelly doing well.......and still have gerrard and merieles. oh and we have a profit of about 5 million from sales this transfer window. newv yet to actually put they're own funds into the club. so potentially another 50-75 million to spend in the summer? wow why the fuck are people moaning, just read this and im sure you'll all agree....what a 6 months its been! complete transformation/revolution under way. fuk me we needed it......we were very close to slipping lower and lower..........relegation under hodgson and the yanks (h+g) was a REAL possibility. we have had a hard 2 years as liverpool fans. we looked like a mickey mouse club with no money to improve. why people care we paid over the odds for carroll is beyond me........how many 30 odd million players do united have in they're team? we need to compete and to do that you have to pay over the odds, especially for english players, especially in january. it happens arent you glad we can afford it now? its not our fucking money so let them fucking spend it. we issued a astatement yesterday.......no player is bigger than the club. and lfc is still a big club and still has muscle in the market. ynwa
