  1. Best signing of the summer in European football. Our front 3 are the best in Europe, Jota has come in swung his big Portuguese phallus and said I’m getting into this front 3. Then actually got in the front line and scored fuck load of goals.

    What a fucking player.

  2. The old Bobby was back tonight, needed to step up and he did. Going to stick my neck out and say he was my MOTM. Not just for getting his goal, but his link up play was great and made space for Jota to exploit. All in all a great night for the lad.

hope he pushes on now for the rest of the season.

I've no problem with the Starmer apology, he seemed to be handling it well until he became all macho and boxed himself in, he gave the Israel mob the incentive to call the shots and they well and duly took it. He is now under their control.

    Israel Mob??

Fucking hell, man! He has been there for six months. Any suggestion he should or could have United the party is actually beyond ridicule. How? Answer that question and you’ve got my vote. How, in six months after inheriting a party waiting for a report on antisemitism, that is more divided than at any point in generations, was he meant to unite the party in six months? Not what he shouldn’t do, but what he should have done that would have United the party by now.

First step is cleaning up the mess he inherited. We now know that mess is unlawful discrimination and political interference. He drew a line in the sand for everyone to see and anybody who crosses it will meet the same fate. That’s not partisanship or forcing the left out or any other brainless claim that has been made today, it’s taking back control. That’s the second step to uniting.

Corbyn faced a report today that found the LOTO office unlawfully politically interfered and discriminated. Not one word of remorse. Under his leadership that happened and he chose to belittle the report and not to apologise.

The third step is painting the picture of the future and selling that well enough to the party and the country.

He has, in my view, shown proper leadership today. He faces this report, he met it head on with solutions, he apologised, and it allows the party to move on. Now Corbyn reacted disgracefully, and has been dealt with. This isn’t bad leadership, it’s leadership. Something the Labour Party hasn’t seen for a long time.

    Every single bit of this.

Corbyn should have apologised today and said he got it wrong. I would have respected him then. Except he didn’t and now he’s out the party.

Angela Rayner said it best today when she said Corbyn had a blind spot on the issue.

I have found it particularly amusing that the hard left have been shouting the same old Blairite/Tory jibe at Starmer, when Corbyn spent half his political life voting against a Labour Government with the Tories. Funny that.

  6. My lad was born exactly 30 months ago. Up to then my life has been pretty much up and down.

I’ve suffered with chronic anxiety, stress and depression most my life. The last 12 years have been quite bad. We lost my Uncle suddenly in 2009, he was a big red, and I was desperate for us to do it in 08/09 for him and my dad. When 2014 happened I honestly thought our chance had gone.

My lad has brought me nothing but joy and to now have the opportunity to tell him my stories of this team and manager like my dad and uncle did for me. Will mean more to me than all the money in the world.

Thats what football has done for me. It’s been my escape from my insecurities and dark moments in my life. Wake up and shower, think about the Reds. Get in my car and drive to work, think about the Reds. Come home, have me tea, talk to my lad and missus about their day but go to bed thinking about the Reds.

Yes it’s an obsession, possibly at times, an unhealthy one.

But it’s helped me get through enormous shit.

Theres people who are not here who should be here. We’ll celebrate for them.

To Jurgen, Jordon, the rest of the lads and yes to John Henry too.

Thank you for everything you have done the last few years to help me. You’ll never know it but you’ve definitely been the one constant positive force in my life.

To you crazy bunch of bastards on here as well. Thanks for giving me some great laughs especially during the Hodgson years when we all needed a laugh.

Im off to piss off the blues and have a drink.

How many pitches are there? Two or three games a day sounds like a lot.

I have been to St George’s about 3 years ago and from memory there are about 6/7 outdoor pitches and one big inside 4g pitch. And about the same in changing rooms, all of which are the size of Anfields changing room if you need a reference. A massive gym there that would embarrass Total Fitness.

There are two pitches the same dimensions as the Wembley pitch.

There is also a massive Hilton hotel on site which the England team use when based there. There are loads of conferencing facilities on site and in the Hotel.

I was very impressed when I went there and the whole site is very big.

I heard this plan for St George’s mooted from a mate who lives nearby (He was the reason why I went) a couple of weeks back. I can say that the plan makes sense and 100% feasible at St Georges.

Barcelona based themselves there on a pre season tour 4 years ago and there is a massive wall out side the changing rooms where various footballers, sport stars and celebrities have signed. When all this had settled down, You can rent a pitch there for a morning or afternoon for a game (it’s a bit pricey). Makes a good stag do event.

I shouldnt be posting in this thread really but, is there news of a single everton fan falling off their moral high horse and injuring themselves about that keane lad breaking social distancing and club rules? I wont hold my breath but seeing as the cunts are always going on about football and people dieing, their silence is telling on this.

They’re all defending him. Saying he has had personal issues.

  9. Moise Keen has been caught having a party in Lockdown. The great big tit.

Just spent the last 10 mins having a conversation with blues about why he should be bombed out their club after costing them £35million and being subbed after being a sub.

Im dead wrong of course and the lad has “personal issues” and needs a bedding in season.

    Special breed.
