Bonus. Paddy Power gave me a £30 bonus for a tenner text bet yesterday. This must be because i have lost more then i have won in their account.

This happened to quite a few people.

Strange for them to advertise a bet £10 get a £10 bonus when some people got a £30 bonus instead!

How do you work out the lay bets for the Bet Internet type offers where if you win in BI you wouldn't get the bonus and it is only awarded if you lose the qualifying bet? You would then need to ensure that it makes a profit if the lay lost. They confuse me as there are still free bets out there but aren't part of Bonus Bagging's deal.

I would send these bets, but when people start getting free bets refused on silly grounds I can't send them as it looks bad on myself!

Has anyone done that big 200 quid bet on Bet365 yet? You need 1500 to do it,which I don't at the moment. Just wondering what's the end gain on this one?

You would calculate the initial bet as stake not returned as they only give you the free bet if the first bet loses.

It says if your first bet with them wins you dont qualify for the 50% offer,so do you lose a few quid or is the stake returned so you make a profit against your lay bet as you will miss out on the bonus?

It's an ok offer worth a few quid.

They refused quite a few of my members bonuses so I stopped recommending them.

I've used the tenner once but has to be rolled over 8 times before claiming the winnings. As the initial bet from Mike had won there was no need for a follow up, the site gave a £10 bonus so i thought id work through it myself. If i stick on the winnings it'll get me to having rolled over 4 times if Bet770 was to win again, thus working through it quicker. This is where i have become a little confused as it not clear on his calculator, it'd probably be easier but longer to stick to £10 bets another 7times i guess.

The £10 bonus with 8 roll over has no value. Too much roll over to make it worthwhile.

I would just have a fun bet with it or tell them you don't want it.

I'm not in on this but can you clear something up for me please Mike? I joined Betfair not too long ago and I've only ever deposited £20 in there. I've just logged on, thinking I had a fiver left for an accy today, and noticed that they've paid me £35, fully withdrawable from something called a 'refer and earn promotion'.

Would you recommend moneybookers as a good place to deposit to Betdaq and betfair and withdraw to from all the other sites? You can only withdraw from the bookies with the same method you deposited with to prevent money laundering.

But you can move your money between Betfair and Betdaq much faster. Most of the non UK bookies accept Moneybooker deposits and still give the free bet.

I am making money, it just coincides with high stakes being made on pending results and I don't consider it a profit until I withdraw from the betting site. Plus I have only done a few free bets so far. Also due to the excel issue it is not clear exactly how much I am up, will calculate that over the weekend using a spreadsheet at work.

If you aren't making any money, then you either aren't following the instructions or calculating your profit / loss correctly.

Last time they ran out of the promotion because so many people did it.
