Good stats pal, how many positive posts have you done since Rafa's been sacked then? I bet you were a lovely guy/gal until then. -

To what exactly? Cuntmuppet? That is possibly the worst/lamest cuss I've ever heard, did you laugh to yourself when you thought of that one? -

Oh, we've stopped calling each other cunts now have we? I didn't come into this spouting off offensive words did I? If anything, you looked like the 14 year old. -

Oh, you're a big hard man aren't you? I'm no Manc, just more intelligent than you, you see being open to other fans achievements and opinions makes you more knowledgeable, so in that case you area clueless cunt. -

I know what you mean mate, the guy was the classiest player to don the shirt in a long time. I'm not a Rafa fan (as people may have guessed by now!) but I know who I'd rather back at the club out of the two! The start of the 2009 we lost 2 legend status candidates in Sami and Xabi, since then we haven't recovered. If I was in charge, I'd get them both back in a shot (Sami manager with an experienced DoF/Co-manager and Alonso with Lucas in midfield). -
Welcome to Liverpool mate, best fans in the world! Don't see the problem with views from fans outside our club, sometimes we need need it, a kind of 'step out side of yourself and have a look at the situation' job, sometimes our hearts rule our minds (add favoritism and blind bias). Good luck, unless you are on a wind up, if that's the case then fuck off

Fair enough, it is a mystery why Xabi went off form (I don't think it was as long as everyone states it was though!). I just think that Rafa could have gone about it the right way instead of blatantly trying to bring Barry in to replace him. This is one of the reasons why I think Rafa doesn't have the best man-management skills. -

Form is temporary, class is permanent, as shown by Xabi in his last season for us and every season since. -

Well said, but do you think he would have left for the money if Rafa had tried to get Barry? He doesn't seem the type, I'm sure he'd love to come back to Anfield one day as a player or coach (the same way Luis loves us). -

Never been on this site before, why? Whats the difference between United having bad owners but a good/legendary manager to us (back in 2009 this is)? -

So it's a manager that makes the club great and not the owners? If this is so, how did Liverpool slide from 2nd best to 7th? -

Plessis only played one game didn't he? No matter how you look at it, the Barry saga was terrible management by Rafa, even if it did give him a kick up the arse, you should never treat a player like that. -

Come on, he left because he fell out with Rafa. He was contracted up to 2012 and wanted to stay. If he hadn't fallen out with Rafa over the birth of his child and the Barry saga then he would have stayed. I'm not sure you can blame shitty owners for player performances, look at United, they've had terrible owners for years now but have won more than us. -

Ask him for the next big Euro lottery numbers then, because he must have been able to see into the future! Who would have thought that we would have gone from 2nd in the league to 7th? -

Really? You can't get the point I was making that Kenny may be out of touch with football management nowadays? As much as I love the guy, he may not have been up to the job. 2nd point, Alonso left because of Rafa, he was one of the best players to grace Anfiled of the modern era and he helped us to our highest league placing in the league in donkeys years. If he felt wanted at the club, he'd have stayed on and would have been driven on to help us do better. -

Maybe Kenny wasn't cut out for the nowadays super rich super star players? It's been a while since he was manager, things have changed massively since he last managed a Prem club. Alonso left us after we came 2nd in the Prem, we were hardly on the decline were we? The only reason he left was because of Rafa, no other reason. He still loves the club and I'm sure he feels more for Liverpool than he does Madrid. -

Finally, you reply to me about something. So, are you going to tell me how Rafa quit Inter when he was clearly sacked like I've asked you to twice or are you going to run off without answering me again? Oh, by the way he left when Rafa was going to replace him with Barry and at the time, he had more chance of winning something with us than Real as Barca were winning everything you moron. -

Alonso left for one reason and one reason only, Rafa. -

Well, we don't have the squad's of your Wigans or your Wolves, so no I don't think we'll be relegated. -

They should be honored to play for the club and if the aren't 'excited' enough by Martinez then they should fuck off and play for someone else. -

I think he's going to have a high profile DoF, meaning he'll be left to the footballing/coaching side of the job. It didn't work too well for Kenny so I'm not sure how well it'll work for Roberto, guess we'll have to wait and see, if it happens that is!! -

He's got a good squad to start off with though. Maybe he's a better man manager/motivator than Rafa as well?
