  1. Pep Guardiola: AW, HELL, DIDDILY-DING-DONG CRAP! CAN'T YOUR MORONS DO ANYTHING RIGHT?!

Aguero: Pep, everyone meant well and we tried our best -

Pep: Well we can't win the FA Cup of good intentions Sergio! Oh you're out of control and punching fans, but we can't blame you because you have goooood intentions!

    Sterling: Hey back off man!

Pep: OK dude, I wouldn't want you to miss an open goal, man. Here's a catchphrase you might wanna learn - "Hey manager, can I be transferred back to Liverpool?"

Toure: With all due respect Pep, Raheem wasn't even playing in this game

Pep: Do I hear the sound of butting in? It's got to be Yaya Toure, the birthday boy no one celebrated!

    Walker: Hahaha!

Pep: Oh and what do we have here, the soft, flappy legs of defence? The only tackles you ever made were on fifa against your sister!

    Danilo: Fifa, oh that's good!

Pep: Oh the left back. The only signing from Real Madrid who's worse than Fabian Delph

Pep: And as for you I don't know you but I'm sure you're a jerk

Laporte: Hey I've only been here a few minutes, what's going on?

Pep: You ugly, terrible defending man

Stones: Hey I may be ugly and a terrible defender... wait what was the third thing you said?

Pep: And Claudio, you, are the worst player I've ever met

Bravo: Phew! I got off pretty easy

  2. In some of our best games this season, we played 4-4-1-1... Maribor away, Stoke away, West Ham away. Firmino would excel in that Roberto Baggio role behind the main striker IMO. He certainly did for Hoffenheim behind Kevin Volland, I can’t see why he wouldn’t... say behind an Aubameyang for example.

Modeste was the main striker when he was at Hoffenhiem. Volland played on the wing.

  3. I wonder what happens if he has a bad injury at the end of the season? Let’s say it’s so bad that he would be out for a year. I don’t wish that on anyone, but it happens from time to time. Would he just miss a year of his career, unpaid? Would he then have to hope he gets back in at the level he left? Both financially and as a player.

Would the club allow him to train and use our facilities to build up his fitness again if he’s not our player any more? I wouldn’t. Unless he signed a new deal, if we still wanted him. And would some other club allow him to use their facilities if he’s not their player either?

Seems to me there’s a bit of a risk for Can here.

Something similar happened to Valdes when he was at Barca. Injured his ACL after he announced he was leaving at the end of the season on a free. Career turned shit afterwards

  4. Don’t fancy Mo’ as our penalty taker at all. Decent pen last night but virtually pressure free.

I dunno, he scored a 95th mins penalty to take Egypt to the World Cup. Not sure you can get a bigger pressure moment than that
