  1. From a team performance related view its not mental at all.

Lucas is playing and that is negative for the team, Degen is not playing and that is a positive for the team.

Thats right, sell a full Brazilian international and keep someone who just keeps out of the way.

I always knew you were a wanker but this just confirms it. Beaut and whopper

  2. I still feel that we are being hamstrung by not being able to move on the wasters like Ngog, Poulson, Konchesky, Cole, Jovanovic, Aquilani etc.

Getting a few off the wage bill wont harm us and i reckon that any potential signing of Wickham was on the understanding that we could shift Ngog.

Unfortunately, I think this will hold us back for a while cos either a) nobody wants them or b) They wont take the wage cut

  3. I heard Xabi was just back for someone's birthday party.

Don't know how close Xabi is to Aurelio, but my Mrs is out delivering Fabio's Daughters birthday cake which her shop finished yesterday

  4. Maybe we could take a lesson from our Glaswegian friends and start mailing bullets to Ferguson. Perhaps next year we can score some tickets near the technical area when they're playing away next season and leap over the hoardings and kick Ferguson in the groin like the 'fighting drunk' at Euston Station a few years back. Danny Dyer wouldn't take this laying down but I guess he's busy making plans to smash up the New Den next year. Or organizing a secret covert alliance with ADO Den Haag fans to terrorize the Ipswichs, Doncasters and Derby County's. Secret meetings in the back of Citroen 2CV with grainy footage in a car park.

Fields of Anfield? Pah! I want to be standing knee deep in Mancunian blood!

Or we could just laugh it off as banter, snicker that a fanzine spent upwards of 500 quid to get tickets, print up a banner, organize this, get photographs and arrange for a 'getaway car' and think sad sad sad mancs.

You know what I'd like to see? Someone jump on the Wembley pitch with a 5 times banner and plant it in VDS six yard box. I wonder if Jimmy Jump is available because that was funny as fuck wasn't it?? Especially the nine minutes of added time when Volcano Boy almost equalized. Who didn't think the Evertonian 'Trouble with the Neighbors' wasn't witty? Our 'watching in blue and white' one?

If we can't have a bit of banter without wanting to smash each others heads in then we may as well join the SPL and have it.

We love it when Torres (ha!) and Robbie give it the five times salute so we have to take this on the chin. I'd like to think we're above getting wound up and I take it as a compliment because they're obviously worried (and rightly so) about us again.

You do know that Kenny Dalglish and Alex Ferguson do share a drink every know and then?

Thanks so much for the long winded reply, each to their own - like i said, beauts and whoppers

  5. I'm appalled by the level of acceptance of this stunt on here. They didn't fly over with a banner, they infiltrated our fucking ground whilst we were playing someone else and some want to pass this as banter. No wonder we have been second best for years when we accept that they do this. I think some have gone soft and have no idea how much they hate us. Too many beauts and whoppers I suppose

  6. I take your point, but I'm just fucking sick of that club with the tasteless songs, printed t shirts, chants and all that they always get away with ( yes, I know we have our fair share of knobheads )

You don't hear Munich songs at Anfield anymore whereas those cunts get away with Hillsborough songs at a fucking youth match.

They would never have dared years ago ( maybe me showing my age ) I don't want a return to mass hooliganism - but that club needs reining in on and off the pitch and by letting them do this it backs them up with their "we'll do what we want" chant

  7. Those in the same part of the ground as them would not see it and what could those sat in other parts of the ground do about it.

I did not see it myself and I`d say that probably goes for 99% of the ground as well.

I would suggest that a lot more than 1% saw it and I happen to know from an ex steward friend of mind that there are a few blind spots from the cameras in that stand. Good opportunity to give him a dig at least.

  8. How different is this to when we decorated thousands of old trafford seats with "five times" stickers in the cup semi against chelsea in 2006?

The difference is that none of their punters were in the ground at the time. There was thousands of use and nobody laid a finger on them.

Its not the fact that they did it, more that they got away with it and that some want to dismiss as harmless banter

  9. Incidently, I would love to see some of you try that next season! See how far you get, and see how fair minded they are!

Not suggesting for one moment that we should behave like them (I am a little bit), but a little bit of context when calling for a sense of humour from some. They are not a humorous bunch and I doubt there was much talk of 'banter' when they planned this. They are small minded petty little fuckers to each and every man and women and they will ge theirs, I am fucking certain of that.

Is right, and i dont just mean that you will get a kicking from their "fans" Their fucking stewards are just as bad.

Anyone who will accept any team ( especially them ) doing this at our ground is a fucking whopper

  10. Marko121 displaying ape like symptoms.

Each to their own mate, but i know where i would have put the banner had I had got hold of the manc cunt.

Dont want any banter with them, not even friendly

  11. Why are people so sure that hes gone now?

Whilst I would like him to stay and put this behind us, he has had ample opportunity to withdraw his transfer request and he hasnt. Therefore we can only conclude that, although LFC do not want to lose a player this way, we need to look after the club's interests and let him go.
