These REFUK characters are going to kill the Tory party.

    Which is nice.

The cunts will stand down at the general election, no matter what they say now, and let the other cunts win

  2. I know its a bit conspiracy theory, but I remember he said that if we went down the Netflix documentary route, he would leave.  there's been reports that FSG have been talking to TV companies.

Deffo something gone on I reckon, he has made a big play of Liverpool 2.0 and how it has reinvigorated everything, and then to announce he is going?

Everton suffer fresh blow as stadium workers 'walk off site' after latest dispute

Electricians working on Everton's new Bramley Moore Dock stadium, walked off site on Wednesday, due to 'issues over pay and working overtime', report the Liverpool Echo.

The Merseyside outlet said that electricians working on the site claimed around 150 members of staff departed at 3.30pm with the suggestion a problem had arose over not being paid for working overtime.

Everton plan to move into the new stadium for the start of the 2025/26 season but the build of the ground is currently in the hands of construction company Laing O'Rourke. Speaking under anonymity, one worker detailed the situation.

He said: "We are the most skilled trade on the site, but are paid the least. We want to see a fair uplift in our pay. A substantial number of colleagues walked off the site today.
"We are local, skilled tradesmen. We just want to support our families. We are giving our blood and guts for the stadium site.

"We are walking off the site at 3.30pm as that is when we have worked our legal eight hours. We are doing everything correctly. We are human beings in a skilled job, we want to be paid correctly."

Workers plan to continue to leave the stadium site at the same time on Thursday, and could continue to do so until their issues are resolved. It is said that electricians from three sub-contractors are taking the action.

It is not the first time that controversy has arose around the build with trade union Unite previously claiming that the contstruction firm prevented officers entering the grounds to speak with workers, though Laing O'Rourke denied the claim. Protests were held in 2022 regarding union representation too.

Laing O'Rourke, who say their 'mission is to be the recognised leader for innovation and excellence in the construction industry', won the bid to build the new Everton stadium in 2020. The ground is set to be a short distance form the city centre and will have the capacity for 52,888 supporters.

Work has included preservation of the Grade II listed dock wall and searching for unexploded ordnance from World War 2. Live munitions found in that search were dealt with by army or navy bomb disposal teams.

Mirror Football have contacted Everton FC and Laing O'Rourke for comment.

Yeh, but what colour is the blood though ?

  4. He's one cheeky fucking cunt:

The fact is, the fans have been spoiled here in recent times," he told Amazon Prime Video. "They're used to seeing us do very well at home and get good results. This year, we've not been able to do that."

Speaking to BBC Match of the Day, Hodgson added: "All our efforts, all our work, all our toughing it out to keep us in the game didn't create enough goal chances and, as a result, the fans are unhappy because they came here expecting us to blow this tiny Bournemouth team away.

"But this tiny Bournemouth team turned out to be a very good one.

"I think the players' efforts in the second half were worthy of some sort of support really. But the frustration is, [the fans] came tonight thinking this was going to be an easy win for Crystal Palace and it turned out to be a home defeat.

"We can't force the fans to stay behind them in those moments. We can't get them to do what they are so famed for doing if they chose not to do that."

He got made a Lord so he could be foreign Sec, didn't he? The other MPs must be livid.

It’s the only way you can put a non MP into your cabinet. As the cunt is a Lord, he can’t be questioned in parliament as peers aren’t allowed in the chamber. So elected members can’t scrutinise the fucking Foreign Sec in the usual way.

Remember them all moaning about us being ruled by unelected bureaucrats

  6. The more info that comes out, the more, I hope they haven't got a leg to stand on in any appeal.  According to Sky, they admitted during the procedure that they did break the rules, which makes an absolute mockery of their " we did nothing wrong and were working with the PL all along" However they disputed the amount they were over by.

One of their defences is that they took a loan of Moshiri at a lower interest rate than what they could get off a bank.  Under the rules, this is treated as money from the owner which is taken as part of FFP, whereas if they had gone to a bank, it would have been treated as an infrastructure cost which isn't taken into account.  They are arguing that the loan from Moshiri shouldn't be taken into consideration like it wouldn't from a bank.  What a load of bollocks, that just opens the floodgates for an owner to give as many " loans " as they like.

They also argue that covid stopped them selling players to pay down the debt.  Isn't that the same for everyone?

I'd like them to replay the Wimbledon game at Woodison when Hans Segers let them stay in the PL and was then charged with match fixing. They don't seem to mention that one much.

And the game against Bolton where the ball crossed the line but the goal wasn’t given. I think that kept them up?

Just on the what can the club do about it?  We should somehow demand that the unedited audio of the officials is released of the whole match. There's probably a rule against that as it hints at questioning their integrity, if so we need to get some journalists onside to create a groundswell. This is bigger than one match it's about football being ruined and anyone who cares about the game should be up in arms. Unfortunately though I think most involved in the game are happy to help keep the gravy train on track.

I fear the club will do fuck all again. Imagine if this happened to Ferguson? The refs would be hung, drawn and quartered by now and the mancs would get every decision going for the rest of the season

This is why I laugh at these cunts. We get blamed for atrocities in Saudi because we have a player who left to go there, yet they're currently owned by a crook who is funded by a member of Putin's inner circle, yet they're the victims of the war in Ukraine..fucking mentalists

They forget that their former player, Demarai Gray left Everton to join the same team as Henderson.
