Hello to all.
Been lurking for many a year so to introduce myself i thought i would bring a small gift.
There seems to be many intelligent and curious people on here with such threads like " Space thread " and the physics one.
As a person who enjoys learning i came across this site a while ago, basically it's a webcast directory of lectures that have been recorded for viewing for students.
For space please refer to Alex Filippenko "Introduction to General Astronomy", which can be found in the Fall 2007 catergory.
For physics refer to Greg Muller "Descriptive Introduction to Physics" which can be found in Fall 2008 and all the years previous same as them all.
As you will see they have many recorded lectures and are in real time so you can watch one's that happened yesterday.
