  1. I meant the Liverpool vs. Inter game. What would you have done? Sat there in silence? Cheered both teams? Booed Matterazis sending off but cheered our goals before collapsing into a despondent heap when you realise Inter lost?

Joining in YNWA and The Torres Bounce hardly equates supporting the club. I think you like Liverpool and you like Inter but supporting a side is more then that. Supporting a team means you want what is best for that team every team. Say hypotethically Inter had an offer accepted for Torres tomorrow, I along with every Red would be fucking despondent but you'd probably be indifferent, no?

    Comparing footy to golf? No.

I'm elated when Liverpool win. I am too when Inter win. It adds to the weekend, and sometimes, it can make a weekend. I celebrate when goals are scored and when goals are conceded I, like all fans would, get pissed off and don't hide my frustration. I suppose, with Inter, I get more angry when there is a lot more misspasses than with Liverpool. I could name the Inter line-up quite accurately before it is announced, whereas I don't think I could the Liverpool one as accurately.

If Inter got a bid accepted for Torres, I'd be over the moon. I'd see it as more of a positive for Inter than a negative for Liverpool.

But if he were to move to anyone else, I'd be pretty angry about the move.

I would say I hate Machester United and Chelsea and Everton on the same level as I hate Juventus and Milan.

I would cheer for Inter if I were in the Anfield Road or wherever, but I wouldn't be the loudest person in the stadium I admit.

  2. There is so much wrong with that I don't even know where to start. Comparing Liverpool Football Club to Ian Poulter? I just cannot understand this at all. You grew up supporting the Reds but Inter won stuff so you liked them to?

For me a real supporter is somebody who gets to every game they possibly can, be it one game a season from Hong Kong or be it 50 games a season from L4, and supports the side 100% while they are there. For you this would not have been possible last year. What would you have done if somebody had offered you a ticket for the Inter game? Joined in singing with both sets of supporters?

Sorry mate people with two clubs just annoy the fuck out of me. Liverpool ARE football to me, nobody else could ever enter the equation.

I went to Inter - Juventus last season. I sang to Pazza Inter (Crazy Inter) which is like Inter's YNWA.

I also went to Liverpool - West Brom this season. I joined in the Torres song and YNWA.

I was not comparing Liverpool and Inter to Poulter and McIllroy. lol

I was comparing that it is possible to want two teams or people to succeed in the same sport.

I would jump at the chance of going to see the Nerazzurri again, and I would easily go and see my brother and attend a Liverpool match with him anyday.

As I said earlier, "Born a Red, Live a Red, Die a Red" applies to me, and like 99.99999999% of you guys and girls too. But I also like Inter aswell for some random reason.

  3. You can't support or love two teams, its just impossible. Anybody who said otherwise is full of Zlatan.

Out of interest who were you up for last year?

    It is so possible.

Its like golf I suppose. You can have a favourite golfer, for instance, Ian Poulter...

Then a new face comes along and you start to think he's class too, we'll say Rory McIllroy...

Then they are say on a tiebreaker to win a tournament.

Its a difficult choice to choose between them.

I wanted each (Liverpool and Inter) to score. I wanted it to be tight. In the end I guess I was slightly more disappointed than I was happy. Although I just think the goal difference was too much to be honest.

I loved, along too with I'm sure many other Inter fans, Liverpool in 2005. The Curva Nord actually showed their gratitude by displaying 3 scores:

    "3-1"..."3-2"..."3-3"...

To decide between them is too difficult and my love for each is different.

Its difficult to answer this question with either "Liverpool" or "Inter", but I hope you know where I stand.

  4. No problem mate, I just mentioned it because you did not answer back earlier.

    Know what you mean though.

Thats why Mancini and Quaresma were bought.

For some width and some creativity. They both flopped.:wallbutt:

Could do with a brilliant attacking midfielder to be honest. A Stevie G/attack Xabi Alonso type player who can thread perfect balls through to the lazy attackers who need inch perfect passes.

I'd be surprised if Mourinho(or the manager at the summer transfer sales) or Moretti doesn't improve the midfield at the end of the season.

  5. I asked him the same question earlier when he tried to pick one of my posts apart where I said their midfield needed more creativity to break down the mancs but I never got an answer.

"Born a Red, Live a Red, Die a Red" is a quote from someone, but it applies to me.

But a few years back, I started to follow Inter Milan too. So yes, I am an Inter fan.

I see now what you mean about creating creativity. Sorry, I thought you meant the midfield in general were just shit.

    You love Liverpool and Inter?

    How does that work?

Where I'm from we love LFC, that's it.

    Ps. Inter are shite.

Yes. I was born and brought up a Liverpool fan. My dad is from Liverpool and loves Liverpool. My brothers are both Liverpool fans. One attends nearly every home game. I try to watch every game of the season on streams.

I took a random shine to Inter about 4-5 years back and have loved them too.

Ps. Your opinion means nothing to me, and I'm sure Mourinho wouldn't care if some guy who thinks he knows it all about Italian football says his team are shit.

  6. So much for Italy/Germany/Spain being more important than that little dank corner of Western Europe. This is the worst Inter team I've ever seen and they've been outclassed by those uncouth Brits.

Stinkyvich, Munterari Cambiaso and Chevas are poor players. The latter is the South American Titus Bramble.

Not only have you misspelt words "Stankovic", "Muntari", "Cambiasso" and whatever you tried to spell there... Looks like a mixture between Chivu and Revas. You are also absolutely and completely wrong. Muntari was not a total flop at Pompy. He was an average player there. So to say he couldn't make it in the Premier League is rubbish. He wouldn't be a start player, but he could make it there. Cambiasso was solid. Great at getting forward in the match, great at stopping attacks. He also provided a tiny bit of width.

That Muntari was average at Pompey. Just proves how far Italian football has fallen. Not exactly skint over there either.

    "Italian football has fallen"...

I hate to bring this up, but do I need to write you a list of all the great footballers that play in Italy. You may not have noticed how many times an Italian team has reached the finals of the champions league in the last 5 years. The answer is 4.

You read all the hype about these 'names' like Maicon, etc, and when you see them play they're usually shite.

Ahh right, so your making this opinion based on the whole 3 times you've seen him then?

Watch some league matches and you'll see why there is hype about them.

I just don't get it. He's fucking rank.

I don't think anyone playing against one of the biggest football clubs in the world at the minute, just a week and a half after playing in one of the biggest derbies in the world can be called "fucking rank." Especially when they have just turned 18 last month.

I just don't get it though. All he's done is run and fall over. I sometimes think these players are only rated over here because of their funky names.

    Adriano looks wasted.

Your acting as if you've never seen a footballer have a bad day. I'm assuming your a Liverpool fan, and you should know what players having off days are all about. If Liverpool players were having off days they'd be top of the league as they have probably the best squad in the league.

My judgement must not be what it was then. He's got to be the most overrated player of all time. He does nothing. He's like a bald Lucas.

Cambiasso?... Most overrated player of all time?

I'm thinking your writing this shit to get attention. If not, then you need to learn about football, domestically and world wide. Cambiasso is not all the well known in England.

I can't read any more of your shit to be honest.

  7. I have not seen Inter before this season, but a midfield of Cambiasso, Stankovic, Muntari and Zanetti is crap, no wonder Quaresma and Mancini have not got much of a look in this season if thats the set up.

I'd like to think this is a joke or a piss take.

Javier Zanetti is the most capped Argentine ever. Doubt too many crap players can do this. I also believe Mascherano said he wanted to be in the same team as him.

Cambiasso is a great player. He's absolutely fantastic. Wasn't impressive against Liverpool, but he is easily one of the best footballers playing in Italy.

Patrick Vieira seems to be missing from this list. Premier League legend.

Muntari is perfectly suited to the Serie A style, which is a lot different to English football. Anyway, he is there to take care of Ronaldo I'd say.

Stankovic isn't crap either. He scored a good few goals a season and isn't scared of going into a tackle.

Devensivly, Cordoba is probably Inters best. He proved his value to the defence against Liverpool.

In the actual defensive line Maicon is the best.

Ibrahimovic is not shit either. I'd nearly go as far as to say every team in England would love to have him on their 11. He is tall and a perfect areal playmaker. He's strong when he wants to be too.

I'm sure he couldn't have gotten to where he is now if he was crap.
