Bill Kenwright died having fought brain&recently liver cancer with bravery&dignity. But I know it was the poisonous cancer of so called fans personally attacking him that hurt most &broke his heart.His dedication&loyalty to Everton was unquestionable&he deserved better RIP Bill💙
