This Roma stuff is unacceptable. No club should be allowed to participate in any competition unless they can provide a safe and secure environment for supporters. It has been palpably clear for years that Roma cannot do that. UEFA should not admit them to any of its competitions until they sort this shit out.

I think the rule now is that a foul in the penalty area that denies a goal scoring opportunity is only a yellow card if the offending player was trying to play the ball, otherwise it is a red card, but these days who knows...
