What is the view on players who sign for a team but dont make an appearance. Does that club still count

From the rules:

1 club per player. i.e.; If your player has played for Lecce, Dukla Prague and Prescot Cables, no other player can have played for them team.

If they haven't played for a club they signed for, then the club shouldn't count, imho - I left out Juventude when I added Cafu for you because of this very reason - He signed but never played for them if you look at his stats on Wikipedia.

However, now that I've gone looking at non-English Wiki pages, they suggest he made 2 appearances for Juventude. These appearances don't make it onto his profile on Transfermarkt either. So maybe Juventude need to be added to his list of clubs after all?

I’ve a question about someone with a European style double surname.

Which letter is written off?

I’m obviously not going to name the player but not sure how it’ll work and it’ll affect my picking order.

I'd say the first Barrell.

Not sure why you'd want to pick Ward-Prowse to be honest...
