Lamb shawarma with a nice fresh salad or kishkash/kashkash/keeshkash (all the same thing but spelled in many different ways) which is essentially either chicken or lamb skewers with a spiced tomato sauce; sounds basic but it's devine.

 

If you like your houmous then dive in with some Lebanese bread.

Stouff's right - Lebanese food is fab.  Got quite a few Leb restaurants and cafes around here - they'll lend you a hookah as well.
