  1. Has there ever been a time in recent history when we (and by we, I mean our first team. The one that wins us honours) have been in such a strong position, but had such a depressive mood around our fans? I know that all is far from well with the ownership issue, and there have been issues over Parry for years. More frecently there has been a lot of disquiet about the situation at the academy and the politics going on there. There seems to be a lot of anger directed toward Rafa over this. Which is the crux of my point really... I've got to say that I don't really get it. I know Rafa can be a stubborn bastard, but that can be said of all great managers. I've convinced that his first priority is the success of the club. Some people seem to believe otherwise and I get the impression many people have just had enough of him. If that is the case, what's driving it? Would people really rather that we had a first team full of developing kids that win nothing? Kind of like Arsenal at the moment? Is it just the kids thing? Or is it the fact that Rafa has been accused of manipulating the press? Or is there more to it? I want to enjoy how well we are doing at the moment, but it's hard when there is so much doom and gloom flying around.
