Messi has 41 La Liga Goals in his last 42 games. Ronaldo has 38 goals in the 38 La Liga games he has played. Messi has 61 goals in his last 61 club games in all competitions. That is just staggering. These two are so far ahead of the rest it's untrue no matter who you consider to be the better (obviously Messi...) Barcelona and Real Madrid are the top two once again and will be for the forseeable future, Valencia last season on points were closer to the relegation zone than they were to the top two. So do you agree with the criticism that it is just basically another version of the Scottish league but with better quality of football? Then again I don't see many top divisions around Europe where more than 2 or 3 consistently challenge for the title.
