  1. Hey FF, Need some advice on insurance claims etc.. I got rear-ended in my car today, I was stationary and he must have been going about 20 mph. My car is shitty Fiat hatch back, his is SMART car, bit of damage on both sides, not enough to make vehicles roadworthy, he admitted blame, I took photos of damage, insurance dealing with. But.. within an hour my neck started getting painful, back is achey and I got a cracking headache. Few beers have calmed me down. Not gonna go to hospital like someone said, 5 hours in A+E versus just sleeping on it and re-assessing tomorrow. Can't risk time off work either. Insurance company are asking about whiplash and I'm thinking, hmmm! well i AM sore and IF this gets worse it won't be cool. Is there anything I can do now so IF, god forbid, i have whiplash and have to make a claim, make sure i have all the paperwork and such. Anyone got experience in this sort of thing? Ta in advance.
