I dont think anyone except Alisson has shone in that first half. You can pick holes in any of the outfield players play tonight, their touch, strength on the ball and speed of movement has been poor. Well of course, who wouldnt rather win titles on the sports field, isnt that's what it's supposed to be about? But, cheaters shouldnt benefit on the field either and sportsmen, women or teams shouldnt lose out because of this. I dont know how people square the circle of taking points and therefore titles off city and then say no title should be awarded. Are we really saying take 1 point off city for 2014 so they still have more points than us, take the title off them but because they still have more points, we shouldnt be crowned champions instead? Are we saying the same to each team that finished 2nd to them in every other season from 2012 to 2016 or whatever the time period is? Are we really using the current 30 years between titles and this team that's going to win it is the reason we dont want the title for 2014?

Exactly this. In every professional sport I know, you cheat, you lose your medals and titles. You robbed 'clean' or other compliant sportsmen and women of the titles they would have won. You've also robbed them of the accolade of receiving their medals and titles. You've robbed them of all the years hard work and effort tosucceed without cheating. Personally, I think if city were going to stand any chance of having the 'leaked' emails thrown out as non admissable, CAS will have accepted that argument during city's appeal \ plea \ whatever you want to call it and, rejected UEFA's disciplinary body's case and claim. But they didnt. From where Im standing, CAS very much think there's a case for city to answer and they arent UEFA's puppet.
