Hahahaha imagine being pissed off at people singing along at a fucking music gig

I wouldn't go to a gig where I thought every cunt was going to be singing along.

Audience participation is completely over the top at live popular music now.

With regards Leonard Cohen, I'm not convinced you could get thousands of people to all sing perfectly flat.

  2. Him begging for Salah to be booked for diving when that Chelsea cunt clattered into the back of him would have been funny had it not been so infuriating.

Having him on our games is the equivalent of the algorithms on Facebook that constantly update your feed with shite to wind you up to the point of engaging.

I'd have him shot if it was up to me.

    Where’s it gone @Mook?

YouTube did something really weird about a month after we released the EP, they deleted all the videos & then put brand new ones back up. We have a new single coming in a few weeks too but here's the song that vanished...

Repped for doing more than just naming the ‘fit bird’.

I’d hope that this thread isn’t just being populated by random Instagram chicks.

They need to have flown under the radar, despite their achievements.

Just stripping for Instagram doesn’t put them under the radar. They are ignored by the radar until they appear, as a minimum, as an extra in Emmerdale Farm.

You don't have to look at them you massive poof.

And people tought Arsenal were credible title contenders. They couldn't win and egg and spoon race.

Bit of a knee jerk reaction to one result that. They are most certainly still credible title contenders at this stage.

I was there too. Verve were supposed to support but they split up the night before, so pulp were the surprise guests and were absolutely brilliant. Also, I did a LOT of speed.

We met a group of Liverpool supporters in the pub before the gig so you never know. I'm sure one of them was helping me get pints (I was 16 but looked about 14).

You’d pick Parklife over Definitely Maybe? Just fuck off Mook. Led Zepoelin are over hyped shit, The Who piss on them

That's fine, I'm not a massive Led Zepoelin fan.

    Which was the best album?

Out of the four, I'd pick Parklife but as I say, they're not LPs I'd ever listen to now.

I was all about Second Coming in those days.

  9. I just looked at when those albums came out & it's not how I remember it at all...

    Parklife - April 1994

    Definitely Maybe - August 1994

The Great Escape - September 1995

What's The Story Morning Glory - October 1995

I was thinking What's The Story was up against Parklife but it came out about 18 months later.

Mook be along shortly to tell you it was a better album than What’s the story…

    *Michael Jackson popcorn gif*

I used to listen to it more at the time certainly. I would happily go the rest of my life without hearing a note from either LP now though.

Because despite all of that they really didnt go for the throat. Oh look there's a cat. Comparatively Labour are being eviscerated for the square root of fuck all. Armegeddon looming.

Maybe while the media are chasing them for every minor indiscretion, they could do something to help poorer people instead of simply carrying on where the tories left off.

I mean, if they're going to lose the next election due to media bias anyway, why not use the next four years to make a difference rather than cutting winter fuel payments and doing fuck all about the astronomical cost of living increases we have seen in the last three years.

Yes, the media are a shower of utter cunts but this government are in the same boat at the moment.

You can't get adidas japan in mens sizes for love nor money. I've been looking for those white and yellow ones since the Iron ages.

The black & the white ones appeared in men's sizes on End Clothing a few days ago but promptly sold out. I've never seen the colourway you're on about over an 8.

They're wasted on women, who only seem to be interested in the white/black Sambas.

    Haha, gotcha within 5 minutes!

I did get it, I was a fan back then and bought reasonably priced tickets to Maine Road and enjoyed my day.

Would I go now, not a chance.

Suppose I grew up and moved on, it happens.

This reminds me, I went to see Oasis at Sheffield Arena in April '95. Other than Slide Away & Live Forever, I never thought much of them and only went because a few of my mates were going & it was an adventure.

I can't remember much about it tbh but just Googled it and apparently it was Tony McCarroll's last gig.

A few separate reports of him behaving erratically in the hotel lobby in the hours before his death and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Smashing up his laptop, allegedly.

I don’t like to jump to conclusions, but it could be a very tragic occurrence.

Someone dying at a young age does tend to be fairly tragic.

Still holding on to the two World Wars for dear life.

We had Bertie Vogts up here years ago & I don't recall anyone mentioning any of that stuff. Proper xenophobic, small minded, chip on their shoulder shite.
