So in addition to winning more games than us, scoring more goals than us, letting less goals in than us and getting more points than us - you are now telling us they were also better than us when it came to their players staying fit.
Yeah they were deffo worse than us weren't they....
It's a silly, almost childish and dare I say almost Evertonian attitude to not accept that last season and indeed the one before Arsenal were simply better than us - a fact that to be quite frank should be inarguable based on the league table, yet one that somehow an argument as flimsy as yours is given some sort of creedence against.
The league table after 38 games does not lie. Football is a cold, hard result business - and it is those results that decide who is the best - they are the top, middle and bottom of the argument - the rest is just noise and people frankly as you are here talking shite.
The best team wins the league, and the 2nd best team finishes 2nd and so on.
It's embarrassing really, that we have supporters saying we're better than a team who have finished above us in the league the last two seasons.
Imagine what we would think if we read this stuff on Redcafe or somewhere. Somebody would be posting the links on here & we'd all be rolling about laughing at the cunts.
Anyway, let's do these tomorrow & put the debate to bed in May.

We're better than Man City & Real Madrid too, just needed two or three decisions to go our way last season.
And the season before.

Makes no sense at all. What you are saying is that if we finish above Arsenal this season, then loses Trent, Salah, Van Dijk and Alisson in the summer, we are a better team than them next season because we finished above them this season. What a load of bollocks.
We are a better team because we have the better players and thecresults to back it up.
So far this season we have played 12 games, we have 11 wins, 0 draws and 1 loss, we have a 25-5 goal difference. (+20)
Arsenal on the other hand have played 12 games, they have 8 wins, 3 draws and 1 loss, they have a 23-9 goal difference. (+12). Five of their goals came against Bolton who currently sit at 14th in League One in the 5-1 win.But since you are so hung up in last season, let me remind you of this. The obvious pen here would have given us 84 points and them 88, instead if 82 and 89.
We had a season with loads of injuries to key players last season, they hardly had any injuries at all. That is perfectly illustrated by this. Arsenal had 7 players who played more than 2650 minutes in the league last season, we had one.
Arsenal had 8 players who started 30 games or more, they even had 5 players who started 35 out of 38 games.
We had 3 players who started 30 games or more and we had just 1 who started 35.
To sum it all up.
To say that Arsenal arena better team than us is a load of fuckin bollocks, yes they finished with more points than us last season, but not because they are the better team, on equal terms we are easily the better team.
Let me ask again, apart from Ødegaard, who would people have in our first 11 ahead of our player?
Great, some spreadsheets.
No chance I'm reading all that pish.

I can vouch for the quality of schooling Vlad had; cut him some slack.
They told you Singapore was in Japan in Geography too?

That's fair, but if we were given the legitimate goal v Spurs last season and were awarded the blatant penalties v Arsenal and City at home, then the season becomes different.
We fell away last season due to a few reasons but in my opinion, the main one was players that were injured in January/February, were rushed back and never regained form on their return.
At the end of February, we were missing almost a full team of players.
Alisson, Trent, Matip, Thiago, Bajcetic, Szoboszlai, Jones, Salah, Nunez, and Jota all missed the Carabao cup final. Alisson was the only one of those that returned to his levels by the end of the season. We were top on April 7th, and only won 12 points in our final 8 games. That is strange for this team, who always finish well.
If we have a better fitness record than last season (it wouldn’t be difficult) and Arsenal suffer them like a normal team should, we close the gap on them. Man City have already lost Rodri, and have looked a lot more fragile since. I think that if we hit 85+ points this season, we have a chance of winning the title.
If your auntie had bollocks she would be your uncle.
They finished above us two seasons on the bounce so are the better side at the moment. Hopefully that changes over the coming months.

Not because they have had a better team than us.I was expecting a spreadsheet so pleasantly surprised by that response.

How are they a better side? With Ødegaard out there is not a player in that Arsenal team I would have in our first 11.Because they've finished above us in the league the last two seasons.
If Saliba, that fucking Odegaard cunt, Calafiori & Saka are out, then we won't get a better chance there at the moment though.

Getting plenty fresh air helps, get her to go for a walk every day & this sounds daft but counting sheep helps me get back to sleep, not sexy sheep though. Ugly ones, walking slowly across a road.

Any sort of win here would be absolutely fucking brilliant.
I think we'll need to go up a couple of gears though, hopefully we have it in us.

Yeah, I think I agree. It’s just not what we’ve seen for the best part of a decade. We’re being more efficient.
Saying that, I hope the 3 & 4 wins start imminently!
The season we won the league, we were properly grinding out narrow wins most weeks.
It's easy to look back on the Klopp era as some mad end to end, goalfest rollercoaster but a lot of the Football was pragmatic & contained.

I saw a £16k watch in the window of one of those posh shops on Sunday & they had that Ghostbusters 2 cunt advertising it.
£16k to look like a fucking neanderthal? No thanks.

I knew that would be coming.
Just think with the amount of games and it being Villa and City we need to not run the first team into the ground
Liverpool can't be resting players for a competitive game with Real Madrid in the Champions League.
Last time someone tried it, they were (correctly) slaughtered.

Yep. All the kids are saying it, my 8 year old says it constantly. We are edging towards a world of Arsenal fan TV.
Maybe that's how we can stop it in its tracks, 'You sound like a fucking Arsenal fan.'. Should be enough to make anyone think twice.
I've tried 'Bro? Are you from South Central LA or Musselburgh?' a few times but I just get blank stares from my pair.

The ubiquitousness of the word 'bro'.

I think people are just a bit jaded with these signings we make of players who have poor injury records, who then go on to hardly play for us.
I certainly wouldn't write him off yet but the sings are slightly worrying.

We might be if we don't make a complete cunt of it for six weeks like we did in the Spring.
Top sides don't do that & a league is decided over 38 games, not 8.
