That last eight games was where we could have shown we were the best side in the league but we shat the bed. That's when top sides show themselves, when it comes to the crunch & apart from a couple of games, Arsenal kept pace with City. I'm also pretty sure Arsenal fans will have some bad decisions they can point to last season. Saying we should have had a penalty here or there when we finished a good few points behind them is pretty desperate stuff.

It's embarrassing really, that we have supporters saying we're better than a team who have finished above us in the league the last two seasons. The season we won the league, we were properly grinding out narrow wins most weeks. It's easy to look back on the Klopp era as some mad end to end, goalfest rollercoaster but a lot of the Football was pragmatic & contained.
