  1. Ta. Was reading bbc text and when goal went in it said 'this time no need for VAR' (obviously after 1st one was referred) Then they expressed surprise it had actually gone to VAR.
  2. Just irritates me that refs don't have to explain/answer in public for their actions yet managers are expected to be able to have to express their opinions in the heat of the moment straight after a game within restrictive rules put down, and then will get fucked by the FA if they decide they have broken these rules when all they have done is be critical of the incompetence that they have to just put up with week in week out that affects games.
  3. Haven't missed Kane at all have they - won every league game so far in his absence and now ahead here - Son has really stepped up for them.
  4. He has been charged for his comments in interview after game - not for speaking to the ref.
  5. Wouldn't put it past them to have timed this perfectly to issue him a touchline ban v the glams. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/47233177
  6. This. As much as enjoying see the manc rats get dicked it is slightly less enjoyable than usual seeing it is these cheating, financially doped mercenary shithouses doing it. They are a cancer on the game.
  7. I reckon that lad has raised more and will raise more than moshiri does for the dream arena
  8. I love this bit from Moshiri: Majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri also said the club expect to gain the bulk of the money from the private sector, saying recently: “The private market will give us £350m, a naming rights partner will give us some more and maybe equity capital of £100m.” He's off his frigging rocker. The daft gets who lap it up even more so though.
  9. Feeeeeeewm! https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/everton-fans-fume-marco-silva-15809828
  10. A bit worrying... https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/liverpools-gini-wijnaldum-reveals-knee-15808517
  11. Interesting.... Probably get that one brought forward too if they can. Assuming they can't then we'll actually be a game ahead of them after that weekend then....unless the unlikely event both them and the mancs get knocked out next weekend.
  12. It is probably gonna go the wire and be gut wrenchingly tense and emotionally exhausting. Jusy get over the line, redmen...please!
  13. Fair points. Bottle will play a huge part - although i do think we have been handed a shitty deal with the oil cheats having a game brought forward and being able to play before us every single "game week" in March - which will just ramp up pressure on us. But as said earlier funny things can happen in title races - there will probably be unexpected twists, injuries/suspensions etc and there are always teams at bottom who save themselves with shock results...hopefullt they cop for one of them not us. Still stand by what i have said for weeks...95 pts is probably gonna be needed.
  14. Yeah course and that should serve as a reminder that you just never know....the question is can we really see them fucking up again? The fear is they have had their wobble, come out of it relieved not to have found themselves further back and are now rolling. They had what people were calling 3 tough games in space of a week this week, people saying it was a tough schedule - and have navigated them easily with an aggregate of 11-1. We are of course doing great - but the fear is (yeah it makes us fannies i suppose) that here we are yet again having a boss season (I believe our current total would usually see us about 10 clear now) and there is another side also going at a ridiculous lick. Still we are right there and have massive games ahead - much rather that than being where Chelsea or Arsenal or even the manc bastards are.
  15. Their fixtures from here on in are pretty soft. West Ham - H...they always bum West Ham Bournemouth - A...we've put 7 past them this season - City will bum them IMO. Watford - H... a rout on cards. Man Utd - A...their 1 really big ask left. Fulham - A...Fulham are dogshite. Cardiff - H.... another rout on cards. Palace - A...could be tricky. Tottenham - H....largely depends if Tottenham are still in race - if not and if clear of 4th then I can't see them troubling City. Burnley - A.....I suppose you never know but fully expect a City win Leicester - H....be a walk over - Leicester with fuck all to play for. Brighton - A....depends if Brighton are in relegation trouble come last day. When you look at those and look at us needing to go to the manc bastards who will be revved up like fuck....the bitters as shite as they are but will be desperate to do us - still Tottenham and Chelsea to play who both will you can bet life put in big shifts at Anfield, it looks to me they have the easier run in now. Tiredness may be an issue and anything can happen with injuries, sides at bottom of league pulling out results that save their skins and of course pressure can do strange things - but for me they are favourites. All we can do is win as many as we can and hope.
  16. These cunts also play before us every single 'game week' in March. Them 2nd March - Us 3rd March Them 9th - Us 10th Them 16th - Us 17th Them 30th - Us 31st So we have to chase them from now until the end of March - always being a game behind.
