I know what you're saying but I wish people wouldn't look at it as fucking up, tomorrow is a fucking hard game whichever way you look at it, and if we win there it's not something that should be treated as the norm as it would be an immense result.
Think this is going to be a really tough game and anyone thinking we're just gonna turn up and wipe the floor with them are kidding themselves.
When Utd were dominant they never once came to Anfield and destroyed us the best they achieved were a couple of 3 1 victories one of which James threw a couple in the net.
Plus this is a derby game which means tactics usually go out the window which means Gollum unfortunately will probably have no influence on the game.
Hope we win but even whiskey nose knew how tough a game these can be which is why he was usually so negative when he came to our ground, even though most times they were much better than us.
R.I.P to a great great socialist not much more to say as I think it's all been said I lot better than I could on this thread.
My old mums favourite politician.
And the constant c'mon every time Arsenal break when is Townshend and the rest gonna realise nearly all the watching public want Arsenal to go out just like it will be the same tomorrow when City play.
How about a bit of fucking unbiased commentary
To be honest it's one of those massive occasions where I'm not arsed who wins, before the last fight I wanted Froch to win but towards the end of the build up whenever I heard him droning on in that voice that a zombie would sound like if they could talk I just wanted to put my foot through the telly.
And as much as I want to support Groves there is something about him I just can't take to.
Went to that game, and overriding memory is falling on my arse with a load of other people in the Kop a minute or so after Molby's goal (one which Gary Bailey said was the hardest shot he ever faced) was being awarded a penalty which as usual Jan put away........Cue mayhem as to be honest we were one down and struggling a couple of minutes before.
The days when the early rounds of the league cup meant something.
